Before Liftoff, Lexi was the person inside the business making it run. As Director of Operations at a home services-focused agency, she scaled the company, built the customer acquisition engine, and owned the experience from first touch to close. Before that, she built her foundation at the intersection of strategy and execution — leading social content at Bath & Body Works and building brand presence at Columbus Brewing Company. She's also led marketing infrastructure in the IT and cybersecurity space at Net X IT Solutions. She moved to Bellefontaine, fell in love with the community, and built Liftoff Local for the business owners she kept meeting who needed exactly this.

She built her career across every level of business — from leading finance and operations at a family-owned photography company in Wapakoneta, to running her own events startup as CEO, to VP-level FP&A and divisional strategy at one of the largest financial institutions in the world. She knows what it feels like when cash flow is tight, when systems don't exist yet, and when the stakes are real — because she's been there. At Liftoff, she's the reason the business side runs cleanly. From financial planning and client reporting to contracts, invoicing, and operational systems — she ensures every engagement is structured for growth, not just activity. Her standard is simple: if it doesn't make financial sense, it doesn't make sense.
